These terms and conditions explain what you are agreeing to when you use and/or shop from the schoolprints.co.uk website (this website). Any conditions stated on this website do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

schoolprints.co.uk (hereafter sometimes referred to as ‘we’) reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.

By registering as a customer, you will be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to being bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products or services appearing via this website should not be inferred to be appropriate for use, or available, in locations other than the United Kingdom. If you choose to access this site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws governing those locations, and for local taxes applicable to those locations.

Any contract between us, whether for use of the website or arising from the purchase of products or services through the website, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

Formation of Contract

All goods will remain the property of schoolprints.co.uk until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by schoolprints.co.uk, and until such time, we reserve the right to repossess any goods.

Prices and Payment

All prices quoted on this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate(s).

Prices are subject to alteration without notice, but customers will pay the price advertised at the time of placing their order.

Prices quoted on the website do not include delivery charges, which are detailed elsewhere. Payment may be made online via credit cards and debit cards. Your order, including post and packing charges, must be paid for before we dispatch it.

Security

schoolprints.co.uk uses Protx to handle our online transactions. Protx automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit over the internet, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you begin to make your payment, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

If you use the schoolprints.co.uk website to purchase goods, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. schoolprints.co.uk reserves the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery of goods is via Royal Mail, unless otherwise instructed in writing, and is £12.50 for uk deliveries. Once your goods have been sent, schoolprints.co.uk has no control over the delivery operation or timescales and can accept no liability whatsoever arising from delayed or failed delivery or similar problems. Where goods are returned to schoolprints.co.uk as ‘undelivered’, we will refund to you the value of the goods less delivery costs.

Availability of Goods

schoolprints.co.uk reserves the right to discontinue supplies of goods at any time, without notice, and excludes all liability in respect of any claim arising from you or any third party caused directly or indirectly by such action. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will inform you via the contact details you have made available to us, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to schoolprints.co.uk at any time from placing your order until the expiry of seven (7) working days from the day after you received the goods. The cost of returning the goods to schoolprints.co.uk will be at your own expense and at your own risk. We strongly advise you to send returns to us by means of tracked delivery system, such as Recorded Delivery.

schoolprints.co.uk shall accept returned goods only if they are in the same, saleable condition as the original delivered goods. schoolprints.co.uk is unable to refund you for any item which has been opened, used or otherwise is not in saleable condition. If returned goods are deemed to be resaleable, schoolprints.co.uk will refund you for the total value of the goods (excluding the original delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of the date of cancellation.

If the goods you receive are different from the goods ordered (incorrect items) or they are faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, we will bear reasonable postage costs you incur in returning the goods, which you should send to schoolprints.co.uk within seven (7) days of advising us of our error/the fault. We shall have no further liability to you. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods posted to us until they are received at our address. We strongly advise you to send returns by means of tracked delivery system, such as Recorded Delivery.
